Mr. Willie Eaglin- Dean of Students

Mr. Eaglin is a proud Chicago native and an unapologetic Cubs fan. He and his wife, Adrienne Eaglin, have two children, Casey Eaglin and Cassidy Eaglin. Casey will attend the University of Missouri this fall, and Cassidy will be a sophomore at Fort Zumwalt West High School.

He earned a B.S. in Elementary Education from St. Xavier University (Chicago, IL) in 1999 and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Missouri Baptist University in 2017.

He began his career in 1999 as a middle and high school teacher in the Chicago Public School District, where he taught for three years. After marrying and relocating to St. Louis in 2002, he worked in the St. Louis Public School District for 15 years—12 years as a teacher and three years as a Dean of Students. In 2017, he served as Dean of Students at McCluer High School for four years and then at Ferguson Middle School for four years in the Ferguson‑Florissant School District.

He now serves as Dean of Students at Hazelwood East Middle School. He is excited for the opportunity and looks forward to serving the students, staff, and families at East Middle, contributing to a positive, safe, and nurturing environment where students thrive, all voices matter, and everyone belongs.
