Dr. Deppong grew up in St. Louis and values the city. He earned his teaching degree from Harris‑Stowe State College in 2004, a master’s degree in Counseling from UMSL, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Maryville University. He served in the St. Louis Public Schools district for fifteen years and is now in his seventh year in the Hazelwood School District as a Gifted Specialist. This year he will teach AP World History, Engineering Essentials, ACT Prep, Sail 8, and support students in AP Seminar. Go Spartans!
